Star Ratings and Reviews
After every completed trade, both parties can leave a star rating and written review. This creates a transparent reputation system that rewards honest, reliable traders.
Tip: Look for traders with 4+ stars and multiple completed trades for the best experience.
In-App Messaging
All communication happens inside the app. This means:
- No need to share personal phone numbers
- Conversations are logged for dispute resolution
- Inappropriate messages can be reported instantly
Reporting and Blocking
If something feels off, you can:
- Report a listing or user with one tap
- Block anyone from contacting you
- Flag suspicious activity for our review team
Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours.
Trade History
Every trade you make is recorded in your trade history. This provides a clear record of:
- What was traded
- Who you traded with
- When the trade happened
Meeting Safely
For in-person trades, we recommend:
- Meet in public, well-lit places
- Bring a friend when possible
- Trust your instincts — if it feels wrong, walk away
